Privacy notice

RR Računalniške rešitve d.o.o., Trg mladosti 6, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia, company registration number 5301343000 and VAT ID SI11797681, is the data controller for Checkatron.

Scan data

We process the submitted public URL, technical responses from scanned pages, findings, timestamps and limited error logs. We use them to provide the requested service, keep it secure and troubleshoot it. Reports are retained for no more than 29 days. Error logs exclude form contents and contact details and are retained only in three rotating files capped at 10 MB each.

Support and sales

The form collects a name, reply address, website URL, message and the consent or pre-contract request. We use it only to reply, prepare an offer and conduct related business communication.

Payments and invoices

Stripe processes card, address and tax details and issues the invoice as our payment provider. To fulfil the order, the Checkatron application uses payment status and amount, currency, order reference and reply address; it does not receive the full card number. Accounting records are retained for statutory periods.

Legal bases, recipients and rights

Our bases are service or contract performance, legitimate security and business needs, legal obligations and consent where required. Hosting, mail and payment providers receive only the data needed for their role. Submit access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection requests through the support form. You may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
